Join us in Lippold Park at 851 W Terra Cotta (Rte 176) Crystal Lake, Illinois at 7 a.m. for check in.
This year we've added a fun, new twist - poker! Receive cards at five stations with prizes for the best poker hands!
Fitness and fun for a good cause
The money raised from the run is used to purchase fitness equipment for special needs populations like NISRA and SEDOM to use.

A full day of information, education and demonstrations. Applicable for health and fitness professionals, coaches and instructors. CEUs will be available (applied for NSCA, NASM, ACE and IPTA). Registration materials will be available in January 2011.
