Chef Jeffrey Lemke
Chef Jeffrey Lemke has been involved in the food service industry for 35 years. He holds an Associates Degree in Hospitality Management from Triton College. He's been a Certified Executive Chef since 1995 through the American Culinary Federation and he is also a member of the American Academy of Chefs. Lemke has served as executive chef at Boulder Ridge Country Club, Lake Barrington Shores Country Club and Five Seasons Country Club. He is certification chairman for the ACF Windy City Professional Culinarians.
Chef Lemke taught part-time at College of Lake County, Elgin Community College and is teaching at McHenry County College. His teaching philosophy is hands-on and he loves to see all his students feel success.
