Prepare yourself for a career as a construction manager, building inspector, cost estimator, or material supply specialist. You'll prepare for professional certification tests while earning college-level credit leading to a certificate and an AAS.

After you complete selected CMT courses, you'll be better prepared to sit for the International Code Council (ICC) Examinations. MCC is a testing site for the ICC exams. Successful completion of each exam earns you ICC certification.

You're required to follow the integrated program sequence.
