Sarah Sabo

Sarah was born in the southern suburbs of Chicago where her passion for the visual arts developed from an early age.  After high school she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in Printmaking and a Bachelor of Science in Art Education with a minor in Art History from Illinois State University.  Upon completion of her undergraduate education Sarah began teaching visual art in the K-12 public education system. There she spent time teaching at both primary and secondary schools, one of which specialized in educating students with emotional disorders. 

Sarah received her Master of Education degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana -Champaign and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education from Northern Illinois University and enjoys teaching Art Appreciation at MCC.
