Arthur Hand
Arthur Hand was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has a BA in Humanities from Thomas Edison State College in New Jersey and a MFA in Photography from Indiana University. He had a solo exhibit at Texas Tech University. His work and that of his wife, Janette Maley, has been widely exhibited. Some of the places their work was exhibited include Northern Illinois University, Eastern Kentucky University, Loyola University, and Augsburg College. Arthurs work is also part of the collection at the Kinsey Institute.
He was the recipient of the Golden Light Award from the Maine Photographic Workshops in 2004. In 2006 he was included Photo Now: 100 Portfolios. He has traveled to Japan, Ireland, England, Mexico, Belize, Italy, and Israel.
Arthur teaches photography.
