You must be enrolled in an Associate Degree or Certificate program for your transcripts to be evaluated.

• Send official transcripts from previously attended institutions to the Admissions office. (If you attended more than one institution, coursework at each institution is evaluated independently. Therefore, an official transcript must be requested from each institution.)
• Declare degree/certificate goals on MCC New Student Enrollment form or the Request for Evaluation Form available in the Advising and Transfer Center.
• If you have submitted a transcript previously but not declared your degree intention, your transcript may not have been evaluated. You will need to complete a Request for Evaluation Form available in the Advising and Transfer Center.
