Elgin Community College, Kishwaukee College, Illinois Valley Community College, McHenry County College, Rock Valley College, and Waubonsee Community College have entered into a Multi-College Joint Agreement Program that provides for additional educational opportunities. Any of the Illinois Community College Board approved occupational programs (certificates and degrees) offered by these colleges that are not offered by the home college will be covered by this agreement.
In addition to this consortium, additional programs and their schools are listed in the McHenry County College catalog.
Students wishing to enter occupational programs not offered by MCC or one of the above named institutions may apply for a chargeback. This does not apply to individual courses, but only complete occupational degrees or certificates!
Students must come to the MCC Registration office to get a chargeback authorization form.
Complete the form and submit it to Registration two weeks prior to the official beginning of classes in the specific term or semester of the college the applicant expects to attend. Once a chargeback is approved, it is valid for one fiscal year and must be renewed if the applicant wishes to continue for another year.
