Continuing Professional Education
Our Continuing Professional Education programs are designed to meet the continuing education needs of professionals through short courses, seminars, or conferences at our downtown Crystal Lake University Center campus. A "professional" is someone who is required to have a certification of license in order to carry out the work of their profession. See our current course offerings!

Career certificate training courses are offered online through a partnership with Gatlin Education Services and additional non-credit on line courses are available through Ed2Go.

*McHenry County College has been approved by the Illinois Department of Regulation as a provider of continuing education for social workers and certified public accountants.
The National Board of Certified Counselors has designated McHenry County College an approved provider of continuing education.
MCC applies for approval for continuing education from various accrediting agencies, as the need arises. McHenry County College is certified by the International Association of Continuing Education on Training as an approved provider of Continuing Education Units.
