The McHenry County College Workforce Community and Business Programs is offering a Quickbooks® accounting software series. This six-course series is available on Mondays, August 4 through September 15 from 6 to 9 p.m. QuickBooks is an accounting software for small business financial management and bookkeeping.
This QuickBooks series enables the user to track bills, invoices and estimates and to perform payroll functions in one easy to use accounting software solution. These courses allow the software user to become confident and save time and money by eliminating trial and error learning. QuickBooks organizes your accounting system and allows you to get back to business.
The QuickBooks series includes the following course topics: QuickBooks Overview, Setting Up a Computerized Accounting System, Invoicing and Check Writing-Working with the Customer, Invoicing and Check Writing-Working with Vendors, Streamlining Payroll, Customizing & Designing Your Own Forms, and Creating, Customizing and Running Financial Reports. Basic accounting and computer skills are prerequisites for program success.
Participants can register for individual courses or the entire series. Individual course fee is $99. The series is discounted by 15 percent for a fee of $505, this includes all materials. Use Course ID: NTC S57 001 when registering for the QuickBooks series.
