McHenry County College's Workforce Training Program is accepting registrations for a Developmental Dimensions International's Supervisory Leadership Series. The DDI Supervisory series will be faciliated by DDI certified faciliator, Betty Hartwig, from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday evenings, March 5 through April 30 (no class scheduled on March 26).
In today's highly competitive environment, organizations must be able to jump-start the productivity of their new leaders. Making a successful transition from individual contributor to leader requires strong interpersonal skills. The DDI Supervisory leadership curriculum accelerates the development of these important people skills. The series topics include: Essentials of Leadership, Getting Started as a New Leaders, Resolving Conflict, Delegating for Results, Setting Performance Expectations, Reviewing Performance Progress, Coaching for Success and Achieving Your Leadership Potential.
Participants can register for individual courses or the entire series. Fees for an individual course is $165. The eight-course series fee is discounted by 15 percent at $1,122. Use course ID: NTL S22 005 to register for the Supervisory Series.
This course will take place at the Shah Center, 4100 W. Shamrock Lane in McHenry. The Workforce, Community and Business Program courses can also be taken to a company's facility and are customizable to each company’s needs.
