Jump-start the productivity of your company’s new leaders. Help them make a successful transition from individual contributor to leader with a supervisory leadership training series offered by McHenry County College's Workforce, Community and Business Programs.
The Developmental Dimensions International's (DDI) Supervisory Leadership Series will be faciliated by DDI certified faciliator, Betty Hartwig from 8 a.m. to noon on Tuesdays, January 28 through March 18 at the Shah Center, 4100 W. Shamrock Lane in McHenry.
Participants will learn how to strengthen their interpersonal skills, which are important in today's highly competitive environment. The series topics include: Essentials of Leadership, Getting Started as a New Leaders, Resolving Conflict, Delegating for Results, Setting Performance Expectations, Reviewing Performance Progress, Coaching for Improvement and Achieving Your Leadership Potential.
Participants can register for individual courses or the entire series. Fee for an individual course is $165. The eight-course series fee is discounted by 15 percent at $1,122. Use course ID: NTL S22 004 to register. In addition, an evening series is scheduled from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Wednesdays beginning March 5 through April 30 (course ID: NTL S22 005).
