McHenry County College (18-6, 5-0, Reg IV, Dist B #1 ranking) played in the 17th Annual College of DuPage Invitational Volleyball Tournament September 26 and 27. MCC went 3-0 in pool play and beat DuPage in the quarter final round. The Lady Scots defeated Oakton in the semi-finals and then played their final match Saturday against nationally-ranked Div III Harper College, winning in two games, 25-18, 25-21 for the undefeated championship. Outside Hitter, Shaela Hayden of Harvard, and Libero, Amy Reynolds of Schaumburg were named to the All-Tournament team.
