Friday, April 29, 2016 McHenry County College Forensics Team Wins First National Team Award

McHenry County College's Forensics Team won its first national team award in six years at the 83rd Phi Rho Pi National Speech Tournament hosted by Irvine Valley Community College in Costa Mesa, California. The team won a Silver Award for Individual Events Team Sweepstakes and a Bronze Award for Overall Team Sweepstakes in the Wheeler Division.

McHenry County College Head Women's Volleyball coach Kyle McCall announces that Fighting Scots freshman volleyball player Abby Marchewka has signed a letter of intent to play sand volleyball at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. She received a full-ride scholarship to play for the NCAA top 25 Division I beach program.
