How do I archive a course shell?

Archiving can save a copy of the course content as well as enrolled students and grades.

  1. In the Manage tab under Data Management click the Export Wizard link.
  2. Click on the Angel archive link.
  3. Click on the “Export” button once you have nothing but green check boxes.
  4. Click the “Download file” button.
  5. Click on the “Save” button.
  6. Select where you wish to save the file then click “Save.”
  7. Once it has downloaded click on the “Done” button.

How do I copy a course?

  1. Click "Manage" tab
  2. Click "Import Wizard"
  3. Click "Copy Course" (last link on the page)
  4. Use the drop down menu to choose the course you want to copy
      If you added content into the course that you want to keep, uncheck the "Replace All Existing Content" check box
  5. Click "Import"
  6. Wait for the time to replaced by a green check mark (this may take a few minutes depending on the size of the class you are importing) the click "OK"

How do I delete a course?

  1. From your home page, select "Delete" under the title of the course
  2. You will be asked if you want to delete the course; click "OK"
    • The course will go through the deletion process (this may a few minutes)
  3. Click "OK" when you see all green check marks
