Education to Empowerment Scholarship Recipients
Amberley has a BA from Northern Illinois University. She'll be getting a CNA certification at MCC before enrolling in an accelerated second degree Bachelor's in nursing program.
Brianna will be receiving her AS in Spring 2014. She plans to transfer to a university and major in psychology and education and then work as a high school teacher, psychologist, social worker or counselor.
Anna started at MCC when she was 16 years old. She's working towards an AAS and plans to transfer to a university to major in mathematics and work as a math teacher.
