A crisis event exists whenever a person's behavior poses an imminent danger of causing harm to self or others.

If a crisis situation occurs…

During regular business hours, call the Counseling Department at (815) 455-8765. Do not leave a voicemail message.

During other hours, call the McHenry County Crisis Program at 1-800-892-8900. Visit www.mchenry-crisis.org for more information.

Students who are concerned about another student's behavior or emotional state may consult with a MCC Counselor for direction. Call (815) 455-8765 for an immediate appointment.
