Catering Policies

- Should you have any special menu, dessert, or service requests, please
contact the Director of Food Services at McHenry County College, (815)
455-8787.
- The guaranteed number of persons is required at least 10 working
days in advance.
- You may add to the number of guests up to two days before the
event, however the guaranteed number must be honored.
- Evening and Weekend Events: when additional staff is needed, there
will be a charge of $1.00 per person.
- No gratuity or sales tax will be added.
- If china is requested there is an additional charge of $1.75 per
person.
