Conference Center Rental Fees


The McHenry County College Conference Center is available for community groups, businesses and industry for conferences, seminars, training sessions and other events. The Center is handicapped accessible with ample free parking.

Conference Center 350 people Auditorium $50/hour
Breakout Room B166-167 56 people Tables and chairs $25/hour
B166 and B167 can also be separated into two rooms with a capacity of 24 people each.
Breakout Room B168-169 20 people Tables and chairs $25/hour
B168 and B169 can also be separated with a capacity of eight people each.
Entire Conference Center area (auditorium, breakout rooms, and commons) $100/hour
Dining Hall 200 people Tables and chairs $50/hour
Employee Dining Room 64 people Round tables $25/hour
Lecture Hall 72 people Tables and chairs $50/hour
Computer Labs 24 people Computer workstations $50/hour
Gym, baseball diamond, outside facilities     $40/hour

Additional Equipment/Services Rental Fee
Laptop with computer projector $50/day
Computer projector $25/day
Slide projector $20/day
Video Conferencing $100/hour plus cost of room
Satellite downlink $50 setup fee plus cost of room
Web conferencing $50 setup fee plus cost of room
Internet access $50 setup fee
Piano rental $50 fee plus cost of tuning

Staff Service Fees
A-V technician
(4 hour minimum)
  • $20 per hour Friday evening & Saturday
  • $30/hr. Sunday
Custodial fee
(4 hour minimum)
College personnel are used for all custodial
  • $5/hr. weekdays
  • $13.50/hr. Friday evening & Saturday
  • $18/hr. Sunday
Conference Center Staff
(4 hour minimum)
  • $20/hr. Friday evening & Saturday
  • $30/hr. Sunday
