Lady Scots Qualify for Nationals

The McHenry County College Lady Scots (40-9, #13) qualified for the NJCAA D II Nationals only to be defeated in the consolation semifinals by Longview C. C., MO (39-8, #9).

Nonetheless, MCC recorded a 40 win season while playing a schedule that included 19 matches against nationally-ranked teams. McHenry County was one of only five teams at NJCAA D II nationals to record 40 or more wins and they finished the season as the #11 team in the country.

This was the third consecutive year that MCC Scots volleyball won the NJCAA District B Championship and qualified for the national tournament in Scottsdale, Arizona.
