Nominate a graduate of MCC for one of these Alumni Awards

Nomination Requirements:

Applications are accepted at all times. Nominations must be submitted to the Friends of MCC Foundation/Alumni Office for consideration. At this time, only graduates of a certificate or a degree program are eligible for nomination.

All award nominations must include a letter of support, different from nominator, endorsing nominee’s recommendation. The following support materials must also be submitted:

• A completed MCC nomination form (all sections must be answered as completely as possible). Nomination Form
• A brief biographical sketch of the nominee (up to 2 pages)
• At least 1 letter of recommendation (from employers, civic leaders, colleagues or family)

A brief statement (up to 500 words) describing how the nominee's life has been shaped by a community college education may also be included in the application.

Please make sure all request support material is included with your application. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the DISQUALIFICATION of a nomination.

Because the names of many deserving nominees are received each year, you are encouraged to re-submit the names and qualifications of former nominees for consideration. All nominees received by the deadline date with completed applications will be considered for awards at the local, state and/or national level.
