  1. What is Dual Admission?

    Dual Admission is a special transfer program with selected four-year colleges and universities. The program allows students to take advantage of unique benefits that are intended to provide a seamless and successful transition to participating four-year schools.

  2. What are the benefits of Dual Admission?

    Specific benefits vary from school to school. Some benefits may be:

    • access to advisors at the transfer school;
    • baccalaureate degree progress reports;
    • transfer school monitors your academic progress while you’re enrolled at MCC;
    • priority consideration for scholarship opportunities and student housing contracts.
    • MCC transcripts sent to participating college/university at the end of each semester. No fee is charged for this service.

  3. How do I apply?

    • Complete New Student Enrollment Data form. Submit to MCC’s Office of Admissions.
    • Complete and submit participating school’s required documents, including admission application and official transcripts.
    • Complete MCC’s Dual Admission Notification form and submit to MCC Office of Admissions.
    • Plan to meet with an MCC advisor, who will guide you through the process. To receive maximum benefits of the program, it is important to apply early in your academic career at MCC.
